Children’s Rates & Policies:

  • Ages 3 – 7.99 years: 50% discount off the rate of the chosen room type,

Children are accommodated in all room types on extra beds. For children under 8, fold-out beds (that can be brought into the room) are used; for children 8 and older, sofa beds (pull-out couches in the room) are used as extra beds.

If there is one adult with one child aged 0–2.99, a single-occupancy supplement will be charged.
In the rooms, a 3rd adult can also be accommodated on an extra bed.

Cancellation Policy:
  • All cancellations must be made in writing by the guest.
  • For individual guests, reservations may be cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival without incurring any cancellation fee.
  • If the cancellation is made within 3 days prior to arrival, or in case of a No Show, the guest is required to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s room rate and any ordered services (e.g. half board).
  • If the guest arrives later than the confirmed arrival date or departs earlier than the confirmed departure date, they are obliged to pay for the full period reserved, including room rates and ordered services (e.g. half board).

  • Advance Payment: All reservations must be confirmed by transferring a 30% deposit in advance.,

  • Bathrobe: Bathrobe use is free of charge during your stay, but it can be requested in advance or at the reception.
  • Pets:
    • Pets are welcome at a rate of 5,000 HUF / pet / night (under 5 kg).
    • Accommodation with pets is only possible in our apartment rooms.
    • Guests may stay with their pets throughout the Estate, except in the: Iréne Bistro and the indoor wellness area.
